Sending Reminders to Approvers

Sometimes, it happens that approvers forget to approve the request, and that request does not move forward to other approvers. This situation also takes lots of time and it delays the request approval.

So, it is good to remind the approvers after some time if they haven't completed the approval process. A 'Remind' button is added to the approval level grid if the approval status is 'Pending'

By clicking on 'Remind' button, an e-mail notification is sent to all levels of approvers and delegates to Approve / Reject PO having PO status as 'Pending'

If 'No rule is defined in Labor module for PO approvals', then the reminder button will be disabled, as no E-mails can be sent without the rule having being defined. 

The Approver receives the reminder notification on clicking Reminder button, the reminder notification sample is as shown below.
