(06.24.02-00) Rules

Rules are User-defined custom criteria which trigger sending Alert or Notification, either through On-Screen Display and/or an E-mail. These trigger help the user be informed about changes to data - For Example: Creation of a new Company or Opportunity, or A labor position being modified. A usual rule configuration is primarily based on three aspects - The chosen Data Source, the chosen validation condition, and the recipient information (in case of E-mails).

Given below is the list of existing pre-configured rules. Any number of rules can be configured further.

  1. Synchronize Calendar Events

  2. Send Alerts Only To The Recipients Belonging To A Particular Department, When A Position Is Modified On An Order

  3. Trigger An Alert When A ‘New Opportunity’ In CRM Is Synced With R2

  4. Trigger A Rule When A Task Is Assigned To Employee In R2 Order

  5. Trigger A Rule When Item Stock Reaches Minimum Quantity Or Zero

  6. Trigger An Alert When An Asset Is Changed On An Order

  7. Trigger A Rule When A Quick-Turnaround Is Completed For A Given Asset

  8. Trigger An Alert When A New Company In R2CRM Is Synchronized With R2Core

  9. Trigger an alert when approval status of Purchase Order is changed

  1. Purchase Order is approved

  1. Trigger an alert when the Status of Purchase Order is changed

  1. Purchase Order is received
