Change in current behavior of selecting lines in the timesheet for multiple payroll extract when the filters are applied. Following are the two functionalities of approve/reject icons when the filters are applied..
Prerequisite
Timesheet must have sent to the approver for Timesheet approval.
Scenario#1:
When the filter is applied and user clicks approve/reject icon (without selecting individual lines), system takes action for all the lines which are filtered. This includes the lines which are not visible/ not loaded in screen.
Open the Timesheet pending for approval and apply the filter as required.

Click Approve/reject icon.
Confirmation pop-up displays on screen and click Yes button to proceed.

All the filtered data gets approved/rejected irrespective of visible/invisible lines in the screen.
Scenario#2:
When the filter is applied, user selects the required lines from the filtered data, and then click approve/reject icon. The system takes action only for the selected lines.
Open the Timesheet pending for approval. Apply the filter as required. (See Figure 3.0)
Select the required lines.

System considers only the selected lines for approval/rejection.
