Plain Text in Email Template

The e-mail from White Board and Planning Order of R2 Labor can now be sent in Plain Text format and default HTML format.
The Plain Text check box and Default check box options are provided under the Settings > Web Labor Settings > Configuration > Email Templates > Resource Availability Request [OR any other email Template] > Create > Plain Text option, as shown in Figure 1.0.

Prerequisites
Select one of the following check boxes under Settings > Web Labor Settings > Configuration > Email Templates > Resource Availability Request to choose the format of the response template:
Plain Text - This check box enables you to view and send the response in Plain Text format, as shown in Figure 2.0.

Default - This check box enables you to view and send the response in HTML format, as show in Figure 2.1.

Sample workflow
Select the Planning > Crew.
Select a Labor resource [Crew1] check box and click the Availability Request button. The Resource Availability window is displayed with the Text displayed in Plain Text, as shown in Figure 2.2.

The Availability Request communication e-mail that is registered with R2 Labor is sent to the respective Labor resource [Crew1] in Plain Text format with no hyperlink and no Formatting Menu Bar.
