Rules
Rules are User-defined custom criteria which trigger sending Alert or Notification, either through On-Screen Display and/or an E-mail. These trigger help the user be informed about changes to data - For Example: Creation of a new Company or Opportunity, or A labor position being modified. A usual rule configuration is primarily based on three aspects - The chosen Data Source, the chosen validation condition, and the recipient information (in case of E-mails).
Given below is the list of existing pre-configured rules. Any number of rules can be configured further.
