Sync data between multiple Graphical Scheduling sessions on refresh

This feature pertains to the instance where multiple Graphical Scheduling (GS) sessions are active on your browser, with a few common Order open across them. Through this, you are able to synchronously replicate changes done in one session, onto all other subsequent session already open.

Also, this feature restricts simultaneous changes by locking Orders in other GS session, while the Order is being edited in one instance.

So in a nutshell — If you have multiple GS session open in your browser:

  1. You make changes on an Order on one GS session, they immediately appear on other sessions without even saving / save and exit action on first session.

  2. While you make changes on an Order on one GS session, the Order appears as locked on all other session. And gets unlocked after saving / save and exit action on first session.

To Simulate this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Open two or more GS session for same set of Orders simultaneously.

  2. Drag and drop a booking line to a resource in one GS session and do not save.

  3. View the other GS session having the same order open.

System shows the booking line (order section) and the resource bar (resource section) in locked mode automatically.

  1. Further, save the GS session where drag and drop was done.

  2. View the other GS session having the same order open.

System shows the booking line (order section) and the resource bar (resource section) in edit mode automatically.
