Conflict Scenarios in Labor (Thunderbolt Icons)

  Displaying Conflicts in R2Labor arising due to various scenarios, marked by a Thunderbolt Icon.

The Labor conflict thunderbolt button will show in the below scenarios in the R2labor.

Senario#1

  1. Create order#1 and add a few positions save & exit.

  2. Open order in R2labor modify the position by assignee dates (Planned).

  3. Open the above order in R2.

  4. And delete Position#1.

  5. Save & Exit.

  6. Open the order in R2Labor and check.

Results: The booking line will show in the red strike and the CT column will show as “Line is Deleted“.

Senario#2

  1. Open the above order in R2Labor.

  2. And Add Position#10.

Results: The booking line CT column will show as “Not on order.“

Scenario#3

  1. Create order#1.

  2. Add a few positions with 1 Qty and save & exit.

  3. Open order in R2Labor.

  4. Assignee dates for Position#1 and add a few days.

  5. Open order in R2.

  6. Position#1 tag the task as “Prepping”.

  7. Save and Exit.

  8. Open order in R2labor and check the CT column.

Results: “Task is changed from blank to Prepping."

Scenario#4

  1. Create order#1.

  2. Add a few positions with 1 Qty and tag the task.

  1. Start Date: 08-Jun-2023 12:00 AM

  2. End Date: 09-Jun-2023 12:00 AM

  3. Save & exit.

  4. Open order in R2Labor.

  5. Assignee the resource for Position#1.

  6. Open order in R2.

  7. Update the Task Dates.

  1. Start Date: 25-Jul-2023 12:00 AM

  2. End Date: 27-Jul-2023 12:00 AM

  1. Save and Exit.

  2. Open order in R2labor and check the CT column.

Results: If Task dates are modified the CT column will show

  • “Start date is changed from 08-Jun-2023 12:00 AM to 25-Jul-2023 12:00 AM”.

  • “End date is changed from 09-Jun-2023 12:00 AM to 27-Jul-2023 12:00 AM”.

Scenario#5

  1. Create order#1.

  2. Add a few positions with 1 qty and save & exit.

  3. Open order in R2Labor.

  4. Assignee dates for Position#1 and add a few days.

  5. Open the order in R2 and update the dates Position#1.

  1. Start Date: 29-Jun-2023 04:00 PM

  2. End Date: 30-Jun-2023 01:00 AM

  1. Save and Exit.

  2. Open order in R2Labor.

  3. Check the CT column.

Results: If RT/OT/DT is changed the CT column shows related information.

  • The CT column shows “Start date is changed from blank to 29-Jun-2023 04:00 PM”.

  • The CT column shows “End date is changed from blank to 30-Jun-2023 01:00 AM”.

Scenario#6:

  1. Create order#1.

  2. Add a few positions with 1 qty and save & exit.

  3. Open order in R2Labor.

  4. Assignee dates for Position#1 and add a few days.

  5. Open the order in R2 and update the quantity 2 Position#1.

  6. Save and Exit.

  7. Open order in R2Labor.

  8. Check the CT column.

Results: A new line is added with 1 quantity and the CT column will show “Quantity is changed from 1 to 2” for both lines.
