(06.24.01-00) Crew Portal App

The Crew Portal App allows crew members to have a two-way communication with their concerned job scheduler (Planning Managers) regarding available, assigned, and/or accepted jobs/tasks.

The respective crew members can also use the app to enter clock in / clock out times for bookings (jobs/tasks) and to review their own timesheets, which will be seen and approved by their scheduler in R2Labor.

The app has several dashboard which show the following information: (Click the link to know more about each of these features).

• Notifications: View all incoming Messages, Allocation requests, and Approvals.

• Bookings:

  • All existing allocations are listed under Bookings > Current.

  • Bookings for the rest of the current month are listed under Bookings > This Month.

  • Bookings for future (beyond current month) are listed under Bookings > Beyond.

• Timesheets: View the timesheets for Previous, Current and Next week.

Login

The login credentials will be provided by Unibiz. Once you have the credentials, follow the simple steps to login.

1. Open the app and login window displays.

2. Input the Host Name, User Name, and Password provided by Unibiz in the respective fields.

3. Tap Login button and you will be directed to the start up page.

Dashboard

After successful login, you will see the following screen.

• Tap on Notification bar to arrive on the Notification screen, where the Messages tab is displayed by default.

• Tap on Bookings bar to arrive on the bookings screen, where the Current Week's booking tab is displayed by default.

• Tap on Timesheet bar to arrive on the Notification screen, where the Last Week's Timesheets tab is displayed by default.
