Batch Processing
Login to Warehouse app.
Select the Batch option . The following screen appears as shown in Figure 1.0.

Enter the SKU / Asset ID of the item that you want to return.
You can use the device's camera to scan a barcode to select the item to be returned.
Click on the return button.
While performing the item return you can, do either of the following four operations.
Return: Simply return the item and this will update the status and quantity of the item in the Warehouse/Maintenance logs.
Mark as ‘Missing’: Item/Asset wasn’t returned. Cannot be traced as of now. But it remains ‘Active’ in Stock count. However, its availability is impacted forever (or until it is marked as Returned or Lost).
Mark as ‘Lost’: Item/Asset will not be returned. It cannot be traced. Stock and Availability both are impacted forever. Billing and Accountancy steps-in for cost-reconciliation and P/L entries.
Mark as ‘Damaged’: Return the item, but add a disclaimer that item is damaged. Thus it may require repair, after which it may or may not be usable again.

You can create operational logs of activities done through the app..
Clear Log: Clear all the logs of warehouse activity.
Clear Selected Order: Clear the settings related to the order currently selected.
Clear Log and Selected Order: Clear all the warehouse activity logs and the settings related to the order currently selected.
