Batch returns allow you to return items from multiple orders in one session, without accessing the Return Order dialog.
Ways to access the Batch Returns window
Navigate to Warehouse > View > Return > Batch Returns

Click on Return Order icon and select Batch Returns.
Batch Returns Button Information

Button name | Description |
Read Data | You can use the this function to read data from a batch scanner. |
Print Exception | You can click on this button to generate a report of the exceptions that occurred while performing batch returns. This report will be saved in the R2 folder on your system. |
Read File | You can use this function to import information previously downloaded from a batch scanner and stored as an electronic file. |
Close | Closes the current window without saving the changes |
Quantity | The number of items being returned |
Batch Returns Field Information
Table 1.1 Field Information
Field name | Description |
Total Scans | The total number of scans that has been performed. The value in this field will keep on updating after each scan. |
Event ID | Click on the importable button in this field to select an event. You can return items on orders that are part of this event. |
Order ID | Enter the unique identification number of the order from which you want to return items. |
Details | This button will be visible only on tagging a Event ID or Order Id. |
Asset No. | The unique identification number of the asset being scanned. |
Mfg. Serial # | The manufacturer's serial number of the asset being scanned. |
Item Description | The description of the item |
To mark an item as Returned, Missing, Lost or Damaged in batch returns
You can mark the items that are being returned as Returned, Missing, Lost or Damaged by selecting the appropriate radio button.
