Picking Order

Pick Order is used to print the pick-list for Sales Order, Rental Order and Transfer Order. It also displays the summary of Items for the selected order and the different kinds of comments given for the order.
How to access Pick Order Window
There are three ways to access Pick Order window.
Click on the Pick Order icon in the Warehouse main window
Click on the drop down list of Fill Orders icon > Pick Order in the tool bar of the Warehouse main window
Selecting View > Order Fill > Pick Order, Pick Order Window is displayed.

Icons | Description |
The Find icon opens the find dialog box that allows you to search for orders or items in a list | |
The Print Pick List icon prints the pick-list for the Orders and Transfer orders. | |
The Show Item Summary icon displays the summary of the items selected for the order. (Double clicking the Order line and selecting the Show Item Summary button will display the Item Summary dialog box to view the summary of the items.) This summary is not supported for Transfer Order. | |
The Order Comments icon displays different types of comments given for a specific order. Select the order and click on this icon to see the comments. | |
The Exit icon closes the Pick Order window. |
Filter Information
Orders can be filtered by Order, Transfer, Department and Site.

Name | Description |
Order & Transfer | Selecting the Order and Transfer check box will filter the corresponding types of order. If both are selected, all the orders of the respective types will be filtered. |
Department | Orders having items of one or multiple departments can be filtered by clicking on the importable button. To use this feature, click on the importable button to display the dialog box and select the required departments from the department list that is displayed. By default departments will be taken from the Warehouse main window. |
Site | Orders for the site selected here will be filtered. |
Search and Sort Orders

Field name | Description |
Search | Order can be fetched by selecting any particular search option from drop down like Number, Description, Date, Site, Event ID, Event Name, Project ID, Description or Order can be searched by doing advance search. |
Sort By | The fetched orders can be viewed in any sorted order like order Id, description, Date, Site, Event ID, Event Name, Project ID, Description or Ascending, Descending. |

Column name | Description |
Order ID | Displays the unique identification number of the order. |
Description | Displays the description of the order. |
Customer name | Displays the name of the customer for whom the order is created. For orders of type Transfer, customer name does not exist. |
Prep Date | Displays the prep date of the order. |
Ship Date | Displays the ship date of the order. |
Site | Displays the site to which the order belongs. |
Event | Displays the event to which the order belongs. |
