Restricting Other Salesperson Customers Viewing Orders and Invoices

Details
Restrictions can be implemented to view the Orders, Invoices, Batches, Master Bills, Meeting Orders, Room Orders, Customers and so on, of other Salesperson to be listed in the Customer Searches, Order Searches and Invoice Searches based on the settings provided in the Configuration module > General tab > click the Authorize Action Setup button > Authorize Action Setup window > Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer. The below table provides the details of the restrictions of the action Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer when applied to All / Salesperson / Employee (s).

Sample Workflow
Prerequisites
Perform the following the steps:
Select the Configuration module > General tab. Click the Authorize Action Setup button. The Authorize Action Setup window is displayed.
Select the Action "Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer" line.
Select the Admin check box of the Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer line under the Admin column, as shown inthe below Figure 1.0.
Click the More button of the Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer line under the Employee (s) column. The Employee window is displayed. Tag the Employees [EMPLOYEE#1], [EMPLOYEE#2], and [EMPLOYEE#3], as shown in the below Figure 1.0.

Click OK.
Save and Exit the Configuration module.
Relaunch the R2 Application.
Scenario
Log in as Admin [MANTRA].
Select the Account module and tag a Company [EVERGREEN AV RENTALS].
Create a Rental Reservation Order [ORDER-949] for 2 days duration.
Select the Sales Person importable button. The Employee window is displayed.
Select and tag the Employees [SAM], as shown in Figure 2.0.

Save and Exit the Rental Reservation Order [ORDER-949].
Log in as Employee [EMPLOYEE#1].
Select the Account module > click the Search Orders icon. The Search Orders window is displayed.
Select the Search drop-down as Sales Person.
Perform a blank Search. The Search Orders window displays all the Orders comprising of the Sales Persons such as [MANTRA], [SAM], [EMPLOYEE#1], [EMPLOYEE#2], [EMPLOYEE#3] and so on along with the Orders that do not comprise Sales Persons, as shown in Figure 2.1.
The Employee [EMPLOYEE#1] can view all the other Sales Person's Orders, as the Employee [EMPLOYEE#1] is tagged in the settings provided in the Configuration module > General tab > click the Authorize Action Setup button > Authorize Action Setup window > Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer action.

Log in as Employee [FRANK].
Select the Account module > click the Search Orders icon. The Search Orders window is displayed.
Select the Search drop-down as Sales Person.
Perform a blank Search. The Search Orders window displays only the Orders which do not have the Sales Persons tagged as [MANTRA], [SAM], [EMPLOYEE#1], [EMPLOYEE#2], [EMPLOYEE#3] and so on, as shown in Figure 2.2.
NOTE: The Employee [FRANK] is unable to view the other Sales Person's Orders, as the Employee [FRANK] is not tagged in the settings provided in the Configuration module > General tab > click the Authorize Action Setup button > Authorize Action Setup window > Allow to view/edit other salesperson order/customer action.
