CID to print 'Item Long Description'

Sometimes it is required to describe in more words about an Order or Item, order has a new feature that prints the long description and comments from the Item description and also print contract lines for description of Miscellaneous items. The new CID is added for printing long description of an Item.

Note: For miscellaneous Items (Items with Misc flag True) It prints the order line description when the PRINT_LINE_DESCRIPTION_FOR_MISC attribute is true at the 39th position, Otherwise it prints the long description for Misc Items also.
