You can generate custom reports related to Order Change History using Custom Report Writer using the following new view provided:
Rep_OrderChangeHistoryView
The Following table shows the columns supported in this report.

SHIPDATE | This describes the ship date of the Order |
ORDERID | This describe the Order Id of the Order |
PRODUCTID | This describe the Product Id of the Order |
ITEMDESCRIPTION | This describe the description of the item added in the Order |
CHANGEDATE | This describe the date on which change has been made in the Order |
EMPLOYEENAME | It describe the employee name associated with the Order |
LINEACTION | This describe the action taken on the Item Line of the Order |
OLDQTY | It describe the old quantity of the Order |
NEWQTY | It describe the new quantity of the Order |
DIFFQty | It describe the difference between the old and new quantity of the Order |
