Support is provided for Labor Revenue Policy for adding Positions to the Order.
The following workflow explains the same:
Sample Workflow
Prerequisites
Select the Maintenance module > click the Labor Grid Pricing button from the drop-down > click the Add button. The Labor Grid Pricing window is displayed as shown in the Figure 1.0 and Figure 1.1.

Click the New button to create a new Grid Pricing definition [CHEF SENIOR] > create the Customer Price Group [REVENUEPOLICY] and the Labor Price Group [CHEF SENIOR] > add the lines as shown in the Figure 1.2 > tag the Effective Date > click the OK button as shown in the Figure 1.2. Considering the Hourly charge for 1 Hour is 27.10, the following Labor Grind Pricing is defined.

NOTE:
The field Grid Mode is set to Rate and Mode Type is set to Fixed. Also, these fields are non-edit able.
Also, support is provided for Fractional Duration in the Grid Pricing for the Labor.
Create two Labors named [AUDIO TECHNICIAN 77] and [AUDIO TOOLS PROGRAMMER] > tag the Labor Price Group [CHEF SENIOR] in each of the Labor as shown in the Figure 1.3.

Steps
Create a Rental Reservation Order [ordr000266] > Default tab > Price Group section > click the Labor importable button. The Group List window is displayed.
Tag the Customer Price Group [REVENUEPOLICY] > click the OK button. The Override Pricing Group dialog is displayed saying, "R2_00269:Do you want to override the pricing of labor lines?" > click the Yes button.
Add the Labor [AUDIO TECHNICIAN 77] and [AUDIO TOOLS PROGRAMMER] to the Order [ordr000255]. This is as shown in the Figure 1.4.

In the Order, Pricing ID column displays the Grid Pricing ID when the Customer Price Group [REVENUEPOLICY] is tagged in the Default tab > Price Group section > through the Labor importable button.
Right-click the Labor line [AUDIO TECHNICIAN 77] and select the Assign Dates option. The Estimated Work Time window is displayed. Select the Start Date, End Date and click the Add New Lines button. And modify the Hours as below. This is as shown in the Figure 1.5.

Click the OK button.
In the Estimated Wo rk Time window, if the Task Hour is less than 4 hours duration, the Price considered will be 108.40. This is because, the Min. Duration defined in the Labor Grid Pricing window is 4.
In the Estimated Work Time window, if there are no lines added and the OK button is clicked, the system calculates the Order Total by- multiplying number of days by the number of working hours per day (No. of Days * Work Hours). In this case, it will be 3*8=24Hours. The Order Total will be 650.40 (8Hours(216.8)+ 8Hours(216.8)+ 8Hours(216.8)=650.40 ) fetched from the Labor Grid Pricing definition.
In this case, the Order Total displays as 487.80 as shown in the Figure 1.6.

The following Table 1.1 explains how the Price is pulled from the Grid Pricing.

Select the Schedules tab > click the Add button > the Order Schedule / Itinerary Edit window is displayed. Create a Schedule [ScheduleChefSenior] and click the Add New Line button as shown in the Figure 1.5. Add the Task line [TaskChefSenior] for 05.15 hours Duration, as shown in the Figure 1.7 and click the OK button.

Click the OK button.
For the Labor line [AUDIO TOOLS PROGRAMMER], tag the Task [TaskChefSenior] from the Tasks column.
The Order Total displays the Amount as 630.08 as shown in the Figure 1.8.

The following Table 1.1 explains how the Price is pulled from the Grid Pricing definition.

Save and close the Order.
The Labor line having Grid Pricing applied, can be viewed from the View menu > Pricing > Labor Grid Pricing window is displayed as shown in the Figure 1.9.

The Grid Pricing can be changed by tagging the Customer Price Group from the Order > Default tab > Price Group section > click the Labor importable button. The Group List window is displayed > search and tag the desired Customer Price Group. The corresponding Grid Pricing is applied.
If you want to modify or tag a different Grid Pricing for the Labor line, right-click the Labor line > select the Update Line Details option, the Update Labor Line Details window is displayed. Select the Labor Grid Pricing importable button and select the desired Grid Pricing > and click the Apply button. The Update Labor Line Details window is displayed in the Figure 1.10.
