Conflicts Report

The Conflicts report identifies and explains items availability change occurring after an item was reserved.

A Negative Conflict typically occurs when a reserved item becomes unavailable. For example, an item may become unavailable when it is overdue or marked as In Service.

A Positive Conflict may occur when an item becomes available. This type of conflict may appear when an item that had to be sub rented when placed on a reservation has since become available.

Conflicts are scheduled to be generated at night. To view the conflicts report click the Conflicts image-20240620-053243.png button in the warehouse tool bar.

To generate conflicts manually click the Conflicts button in the tool bar.

User can search by a number of different criteria.
