Intimate Item having Comment/Instruction/Warning on adding Item to Order

Details
On adding an Item which has Comment/Instruction/Warning to an Order, the system display the Comment/Instruction/Warning to intimate the user of the same.
The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Pre-requisites
Select the Configuration module > General tab > in Intimate when adding Item to Order, select an option from the drop-down list options (None, Comment, Warning, Instruction), as shown in Figure 1.0

Options | Description |
None | If None is selected, the user will not get any intimation when adding an Item to an Order. |
Comment | If Comment is selected, the user will receive intimation for Comment (s) present for the Item when adding Item to an Order. |
Warning | If Warning is selected, the user will receive intimation for Warning (s) present for the Item when adding Item to an Order. |
Instruction | If Instruction is selected, the user will receive intimation for Instruction (s) present for the Item when adding Item to an Order. |
Scenario
Create an Order [ORD-855] > Search menu > Items. The Search Items window is displayed., as shown in Figure 2.0.

Double-click the Item line [Samsung 5.1Ch Blu-ray Home Th...] to add to the Order. The system displays the Comments dialog box in read-only mode displaying the comment added to the Item, as shown in Figure 3.0.
The system displays the Comment dialog box as the option for displaying Comment is chosen in the Configuration module > General tab > Intimate when adding Item to Order drop-down list options.

On tagging an Item to add to Order, if no Comment/Instruction/Warning is added to the Item that is tagged, then no dialog box will be displayed for intimation.
But once a Comment/Instruction/Warning dialog box is displayed for an Item, when tagging multiple Item (s)
The subsequent Item’s Comment/Warning/Instruction will be displayed in the same dialog box by refreshing the data displayed within it.
If Item (s) without Comment/Warning/Instruction is added the dialog box will remain as it is but with blank data within it.
Without exiting the Comments dialog box, tag another Item [Denon Audio System - AVR-X620...]. The Item [DENON AVR-X6200W] also has a Comment, so the system refreshes the data in the Comments dialog box and displays the comment added to the Item [DENON AVR-X6200W], as shown in Figure 4.0.

Without exiting the Comments dialog box, tag another Item [BOSE LIFESTYLE]. The Item [BOSE LIFESTYLE] does not have a Comment tagged to it, so the system refreshes and displays blank data in the Comment dialog box, as shown in Figure 5.0.

Click on Select button. The selected Items get added to the Order.
The user can identify whether the Item line(s) added to the Order has Comments/Instruction/Warning added to it; 3 new columns I.C (Item Comments), I.I (Item Instructions) and I.W (Item Warnings) are provided, as shown in Figure 6.0.

Click on the columns I.C, I.I or I.W, a tooltip is displayed with the respective data, as shown in Figure 7.0.
Example: Clicking I.W column for an Item line, displays the selected Item’s Warning if it is present. Else, nothing is displayed. Similarly, clicking I.C and I.I columns for an Item will display the Comments/Instruction present for the Item respectively.

The system displays the Comments/Instructions/Warnings dialog box as explained above when adding Items to Order in any of the possible ways. Such as
Keying-in the Product ID
Search Inventory
Search Items
Enter Items
The Comments/Instructions/Warnings dialog box is read-only and the dialog box can be moved and positioned the way the user desires. The dialog box stays there and keeps refreshing and displaying data when multiple Items get added to the Order.
If Intimate when adding Item to Order is not selected as None. The Comments/Instructions/Warnings dialog box appears as explained when user use Suggested Item(s) functionality.
