Option for Pick List Print Forms Configuration by Site

In the Form Setup, an option to configure the Pick List forms is provided. You can create the Form Setups for different Sites. In the Pick List - upon selected a Site, the forms belonging to that particular Site are displayed.
There are two Order Types added to the existing Form Setup. They are:
Order Pick List
Transfer Pick List
Sample Workflow
How to configure the Pick List Forms is shown in the following sample workflow:
Prerequisites:
Select the Maintenance module > click the Form Setup icon.
Click the Add icon. The Form Setup window is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.0

Order Type - Order Pick List
When the Order Type -Order Pick List is selected, the Pick List forms will be different depending upon the combination of the following three options:
Print Type
Format
By
When the Order Type is selected as Order Pick-List, the option is provided to choose the combination relevant for the Form UI, as shown in Figure 1.1. This is done to differentiate the list of forms for each combination in the Pick List.

NOTE: Once the Form Setup is done, while printing the Pick List, the system will list the forms based on the combination of options Print Type, Format and By chosen. So, the user can choose the relevant form and print conveniently. The combination is shown in the Table 1.0

Perform the Form Setup with Name as [ORDERPICKLIST] of Order Type as Order Pick List using the list of UIs for different combinations. This is shown in the following Table 1.1 and Table 1.2

Click the OK button.
Click the Form Setup icon > click the Add icon.
Perform the Form Setup with Name as [TRANSFERPICKLIST] of Order Type - Transfer Pick List using 4203000UI. The Form Setup window is, as shown in Figure 1.2.

Order Type - Transfer Pick List
When the Order Type -Transfer Pick List is selected, the Pick List forms will be depending upon the Print Type option.
Create an Item [ITEM#1].
Steps for Order Type - Order Pick List
Create a Rental Reservation Order [ORDER#1].
Add the Item [ITEM#1] to [ORDER#1].
Select the View menu > select the option Fill Order. The Fill Order window is displayed.
Click the Print Pick List icon. The Pick List window is displayed.
For different combinations of options of Format, By and Print Type different forms are listed in the Print Form Options > Form drop-down. This is shown in the following Figure 1.3, Figure 1.4 and so on for all the other combinations.

When Print Pick List icon is clicked, the system displays the Pick List window with its Default Settings.
Click the Run button. This prints the Pick List in the selected combination successfully.
Click the Close button in Fill Order window.
Steps for Order Type - Transfer Pick List
Create a Transfer Out Order [TORDER#1] from Site [SANFRANCISCO] to Site [MUNICH].
Add the Item [ITEM#1] to [TORDER#1].
Login in the Site [MUNICH] > select the Warehouse module > select the Transfer Order [TORDER#1] > select the Print menu > select the Pick List. The Transfer Pick List window is displayed, as shown in Figure 2.0.

Click the Run button to print the Transfer Pick List.
The support to search matching Form Setup based on the filter from the Search Orders window is provided.
