Set 'All Sites/ Region'/ Sub-Region' as default for Availability Window

Now you can know the Availability in particular region/sub-region when you have selected to view item availability from current region, the Availability switch defaults to Region / Sub-Region / All Sites based on Employee Defaults.

Prerequisite:

Now you can select the default choice for either 'All Sites/ Region /Sub-region' to be set for 'Availability Window'.

To do so, go to "Default Availability toggle button" in Maintenance > Employee Edit > Defaults Id > Edit > General Tab.

And select the choice from the drop-down list - 'All Sites/ Region /Sub-region'.

The selected choice will become the default button in  'Availability Window'.

Item availability shown in Sub-Region:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Items> Select Item > Edit > Availability

  2. When the "Default availability toggle window" is set as "Sub-Region" in Employee > Defaults screen the Availability Window of LHS field is shown as "Sub-Region" and items availability of that region is shown in calendar, since it is a default setting made by employee.

This default is not changed until it is explicitly changed by you.

  1. By clicking the "Sub-Region" button, it changes to "Home" which shows the selected Site's Sub-Region ie. items availability shown for current 'Sub-Region' of the employee.

  1. Similarly, when you set "Region" as default site in Employee > Defaults, the Home button In the Availability Calendar will show as "Region" and it will show the item availability of the selected Site, the button caption will change to "Home" if the "Region" button is clicked again.
