Configuring labor Documents for legal Compliance. (R2-19325)
Add, Print, and E-mail documents in PO. (R2-19324)
This custom feature is enabled through Two UDFs configured for Purchase Order.
While picking the required/applicable Forms for printing, system will fetch the values for two UDFs - Exception and Document Name.
If the Exception is blank then R2 proceeds with the without including any document along with the PO..
if the Exception is not blank then R2 looks picks the name of the FormUI from Form Name UDF, and proceeds to print the PO.
To search the Form UI file (name specified in Form Name UDF) R2 will follow the following URL hierarchy
<R2Root>/Screens/Custom Forms/<Company Name>/<Region ID>/<Sub Region ID>/<Site ID>/FormName.csv|txt
The values entered in the UDFs are 'Case Sensitive'.
In the pattern mentioned above Hierarchy preference is given as follows:
Site ID
Sub Region ID
Region ID
Company Name
While searching for the required file, R2 begins the search from the inner-most hierarchy level and continues until the file is found.
If the file is not found, the print will fail, and a prompt with valid reason is displayed on screen.
Making Asset as 'Not Available' though prompt, if SWO changed from Scheduled to Estimate. (R2-19215)
Color Coding Warehouse Tasks Windows.
In Warehouse Orders and Transfer Orders tasks 'Not Available' lines are displayed in Bold Red font.
Improving System Performance.
In certain live environments search operation performance was found to be slow.
In analysis, it was determined that Schema Optimization did not provide an adequate increase in performance. A thorough review of R2 queries was conducted.
As a result, further optimization of Queries, Indexes and the R2 Schema has now been completed and the implementation has resulted in significantly improved performance for all R2 users.
Bug Fixes
SR-8456 — In the Purchase Order, when the shipping method is modified, the same is not being updated in the 'Transit mode' field in 'Transportation and logistics' window.
SR-9394 — Upon doing batch receive for Assets through Return Transfer Order, system throws 'R2_00050:Unable to receive the Items]' error and Avg. Cost gets displayed in negative.
SR-9472 — If one line is EUV was already selected (and sone action was done on it), system is not allowing to do the same on another line.
SR-9663 — System allows to change the 'Unit Price' even for the closed Purchase Order.
'Package Finder' search is not listing all the kits that contains the searched item as a 'child' item'.SR-9798 — In 'Labor search' window, system does not display the 'Labor Regular' price according to the 'Labor Pricing' group defined in the 'Labor edit' window.
SR-10078 —Searching items From Account module>Search menu>search items, is showing unusual performance latency (much slower than usual).
SR-10078 — Conflict generation is taking unusually longer than expected time.
SR-10117 — In the Transfer Order, when the shipping method is modified, the same is not being updated in the 'Transit mode' field in 'Transportation and logistics' window.
SR-10240 —The SWOs with Done status are displayed in EUV.
SR-10251 — Search feature is not fetching the results in few areas like Search Inventory, Orders/Events, Purchase Orders, Transfer, Assets etc.
SR-10306 — In Warehouse, the 'Prep date/time' does not update when the dates are changed from Accounts module.
SR-10317 — Performance issue: System takes more time to add/assign Asset ID/ Product ID to a SWO.
