Components of a Rule
While creating a Rule, we have to provide the following details:
Specify the Data Source the rule will use to fetch the values of the fields to be used in validation.
Specify the Validation condition, these are the logical operators using which the comparison of the field value is done.
Chose the Delivery Mode (Desktop Notification or Email Alerts). This selection, whether the notifications have to be sent on-screens as popups or as Alert E-mails.
Provide the Recipient information.
Design the Message Template (in case of E-mails).
The option to select the ‘Delivery Mode’ is applicable only for rules configured for R2 Labor.
In R2 CRM, alerts are configurable to be sent as E-mails.
