Message Templates
The Message Template is used to define the content and structure the notifications or messages that are sent when a rule is triggered. It allows you to customize the text of the message, making it dynamic and relevant to the specific event or action.
From the Rule Edit screen, you can quickly add a new message template or edit an existing one to customize the notifications sent when the rule is triggered.
