View Scanned Items list
Scanned Items provides you to view, validate, and manage scanned entries. This is applicable for both Batch Return and Ship workflows.
This feature is only active when the Bulk Submit setting is enabled.
The Scanned Items button becomes active (clickable) only after at least one item/asset (via barcode, manual entry or RFID) has been scanned. Before any scan, the button remains disabled.
Accessing the Scanned Items Pop-up
The sample flow shown here is for Batch Return. Scanned Items feature works the same for Ship workflow also.
Scan an item using barcode, handheld RFID reader, enter Product/ Asset ID.
Tap the Scanned Items button on the screen.

Figure 1.0: Batch Return screen

Figure 1.2: When scanned item is not found
Duplicate detection
When the same item/asset is scanned multiple times, there is a message displayed in the counter.
Serial Asset Duplicate Handling
Duplicate Detection message in counter
If a Serial Asset is scanned more than once:
A “Duplicates Detected” message is shown beside the item counter.
Duplicate entries are not added to the scanned list.
Scanned Items pop-up
When the pop-up is opened:
Only one instance of the asset is shown.
Duplicate entries are automatically removed.
A note is displayed stating duplicate assets were removed.
The count is adjusted to reflect unique serial assets only.
Repeated scans after removal
If a previously scanned serial asset is scanned again:
No message is shown.
Count does not increase.
Asset remains listed only once in the pop-up.
Serial Item example workflow:
Scan Mic Stand-1.
Scan Mic Stand-1 again.
Scan Mic Stand-2→ "Duplicates Detected" shown; Count: 3.

Figure 2.0: Duplicates detected message
Open Scanned Items → Only Mic Stand-1 and Mic Stand-2 shown; Count adjusts to 2.
Scan Mic Stand-2→ "Duplicates Detected" shown; Count: 3.
Open Scanned Items → Only Mic Stand-1 and Mic Stand-2 shown; Count adjusts to 2.

Figure 2.1: Scanned items pop-up
Scan Mic Stand-1 again → No duplicate message; Count remains 2.

Figure 2.3: No duplicate message shown
Non-Serial Item Duplicate Handling
Duplicate Detection message in the counter
If a Non-Serial Item is scanned multiple times:
The “Duplicates Detected” message appears when the same ID is scanned more than once.
All duplicate entries are allowed and retained.
Non-serial items are counted by quantity, and duplicates are valid by design.
Scanned Items Pop-up
When the Scanned Items is opened:
All scanned instances of a non-serial item are listed.
No filtering or removal occurs.
Once the pop-up is closed, the "Duplicates Detected" message is cleared in the item counter.
Repeated Scans After Pop-up
Re-scanning a known non-serial item does not trigger duplicate warnings.
The system assumes it's intentional and increases the quantity.
Non-Serial Item Example Workflow
Scan AUD004 (Qty 1).
Scan AUD004 (Qty 2).
Scan AUD006 (Qty 1) → "Duplicates Detected" shown; Count: 3.

Figure 3.0: Duplicates detected message shown
Open Scanned Items → All entries listed; Count: 3.

Figure 3.1: Scanned Items pop-up
Scan AUD004 again → No duplicate warning; Count: 4.

Figure 3.2: No duplicate warning
When scanning via RFID hub or gate:
Duplicates are automatically removed regardless of whether it is a serial item or asset.
No “Duplicates Detected” message is shown.
Container Scanning in Ship Screen
Container scans are excluded from duplicate detection.
Repeated scans of the same Container ID are silently ignored.
If the Container ID and Item/Asset ID are identical, no duplicate warning is shown.
