Fill and Ship Asset

Pre-requisites

1. Create an Item [MOTO G 5s] with Asset ID [MOTOG5s#1] in SITE#A.

2. Select the Account module.

3. Create an Transfer Out Order [T-TO159].

4. Add an Item [MOTO G 5s] with Asset ID [MOTOG5S#1] as shown in Figure 3.0.

5. Save and exit the Order.

Workflow

1. Login to Asset Manager app.

2. Select the Transfer Out button > tap the Fill And Ship tab.

3. Enter the Order Number > enter asset ID > and click the Submit button.

You can also select multiple assets to fill and ship. Know more?

4. Click the   to view generated batch log details.

5. Exit the Asset Manager app.

6. Open the Transfer Out Order [T-TO159] > the Status of Item [MOTO G 5S] gets changed to Shipped.
