RFID Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting: if paring does not happen

  1. Check device status for both RFID and Receiver.

  2. Check connection status.

  3.  Check physical proximity between the RFID and Receiver and any possible interfering obstacle in between such as wall etc.

Troubleshooting: if paring done, but no data received

  1. Check receiver’s (mobile or computer server) internet connection status.

  2. Check if the RFID tag being scanned is not damaged.
