The R2 Launch Pad displays the following information you to:

Product Branding, Name, and Version information

User Welcome and Profile edit icon. You can click on the profile edit icon and modify user's basic details.

Login time-stamp and User login count

Home site for logged in user - Though the home site for all user are defined, but the user can still however change it from the drop-down list.

R2 Module names and Icons - You can click on each of the icons to open the specific R2 modules.

Primary language for logged in user - This is more usable when multi-language is enabled. Also, the user's primarily language can be defined in User's profile edit.
