When an order is locked open by a user, it is typically because the order is:
Opened by sales – another person in your organization has the order open for editing and is making changes.
Opened by the warehouse – the warehouse is locking the order because they are accessing the tasks to fill, ship, and/or return items on that order.
To see who is holding the order in a locked position, double-click to open it. There will be a field called “Locked By” which will display the user name holding the order open.
