These steps are taken from various pages from the PDF manual

1. Unplug power from cradle until step 7

2. Unplug USB cable from cradle to computer until step 5

3. Pull battery from scanner until step 8

4. Reboot computer and then login

5. Plug USB cable from cradle to a different port on computer

6. Wait a few moments and verify that the light on the cradle is lit

7. Reconnect the power plug to the cradle

8. Put battery back into scanner and wait for it to reboot

9. Select "Scan Item" from scanner menu

10. Scan pairing barcode on cradle and wait for bluetooth symbol on screen to turn green
