You can Created/Edit tasks legend from within the Warehouse Tab of Configuration modules.

Click the Task Dates Setup button.

The 'Set Task Dates' window appears. This window lists all the tasks with their respective Start and End dates.

If you want to delete any of the listed tasks, you can do so, by clicking on the Delete button.

To add a new task date, click the Add button and from the drop down select the Task, Start and End dates for tasks.

• You cannot Edit or Delete any Task, if it is already being use by any Order.

• Two tasks cannot have the same description.

• Task description cannot be left blank

• The default color given to any new description is Grey. 

To Add (Configure) a new task, click the Add New Task window.

Click Add, and it adds a blank 'Greyed-out' line.

Give a description name to it.

Then click 'Set Color' button, Use the three sliders to select RGB Combination to arrive the color you want.
