Physical Inventory for Serial Items

1. Search and tag the Serial Items [JBL FREE] with 1 Qty.

2. Click OK. The system displays a prompt with the message "R2_00602:Do you want to Start Physical Inventory?" with Yes and No buttons.

3. Click Yes.  All the selected Items in the Search Items window gets tagged and is displayed in the JBL Physical Inventory window. The Type drop-down and the Consider Filled As drop-down has also been supported in the Physical Inventory window.

4. The Asset [JBL FREE#02] that is in Filled Status in the Order [ORD-994] displays as Filled, as shown in Figure 1.4.

18. In the JBL SERIAL Physical Inventory window, click the Start icon.

19. Click the Discrepancy icon. The Discrepancy window is displayed with the Discr. Qty column displaying as 1 Qty each for the Assets [JBL FREE#03], [JBL FREE#04], and [JBL FREE#05]. The Filled lines are excluded from the Discrepancy window, as shown in Figure 1.5.

20. Exit the Discrepancy window and click the Complete icon in the JBL SERIAL Physical Inventory window.

21. The system displays a prompt with the message "R2_00601: This completes Taking Physical Inventory, are you Sure?" with Yes and No buttons.

22. Click Yes.

23. Exit the JBL SERIAL Physical Inventory window.
