Configuration Settings for Consignor Cost

Go To Configuration -> Accounting -> NS-Kit Distribution -> Pricing

Scenario 1:

  1. Create Item#1 with consigned check box true and Item#2 with consigned false, don't define any pricing for both the items.

  2. For Item#1 tag consigned commission with percentage as 80

  3. Create Package and add above created both the items.

  4. Create an Order and add the above created Package and key in the Unit price as 100

  5. Since both the items don't have pricing defined, based on config the Revenue will be equally distributed to the child.

  6. Observe the Total Cost on the package header will be 40 (which is calculated for consigned child with 80% of 50)

For Non Consigned Item#1, its not consider any cost, since no pricing defined and double click also disabled

Scenario 2:

  1. Create Item#1 with consigned true and Item#2 with consigned false, define pricing record with only price for Item#2 which is non consigned.

  2. For Item#1 tag consigned commission with percentage as 80

  3. Create Package and add above created both the items.

  4. Create an Order and add the above created Package and key in the Unit price as 100

  5. Since the Item#2 have pricing defined, based on config the Revenue will be distributed only to the child as 100.

  6. Observe the Total Cost on the package header will be 0, since the consigned child doesn't have revenue distributed it doesn't have cost

For Non Consigned Item#1, since pricing defined with cost 0 and double click also disabled, it will show cost as zero
