Sort Column Headings in Transfer Order

Overview

R2 is enhanced to support sorting in the Transfer Order item grid.

You can click applicable column headings to sort Transfer Order lines in ascending or descending order. This helps you to quickly organize and review Transfer Order items without manually searching through the grid.

Sample Workflow – Sort Transfer Order Lines

1. Open a Transfer Order.

2. Navigate to the Item grid.

3. Click the required column heading.

4. The system sorts the grid records in ascending order based on the selected column.

5. Click the same column heading again.

6. The system sorts the grid records in descending order.

7. Repeat the action as needed to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Supported Line Types

Sorting is supported for Transfer Orders containing:

• Serial Items

• Non-Serial Items

• Serial Kits

• Non-Serial Kits

• Blank lines

• Blank lines with description

Kit Line

For Kit line types:

• The system sorts based on the Kit Header line.

• The component/detail lines remain grouped under the respective Kit Header.

• The Kit structure is maintained after sorting.

Description Column Sorting

When sorting by the Description column, the system considers only the line description.

The expand/collapse symbol is not considered for sorting.
