The UDF field appears once UDFs have been setup in your R2 system. You will typically find two UDFs roughly named as follows:
Deposit Request: Enter the amount of money you are requesting from your customer as an advance/deposit toward the order total.
Requested By: This is a date field where you will select the date by which you are asking your customer to pay the deposit.
