Details
You can now display the total amount calculated in the PO Approval E-mail.
This amount will include the Freight and Tax Amounts.
The following hash tags have been introduced to display the required information.
Hash tag | Description |
##NETAMOUNT## | PO Net Total in Transaction currency |
##SITECURRENCYNETAMOUNT## | PO Net Total in Site currency |
##BASECURRENCYNETAMOUNT## | PO Net Total in Base currency |
These hash tags are available in the E-mail templates for Purchase Order entity.
The fields can be selected from the 'Standards Fields' dropdown list in the E-mail template configuration window, under rule settings.
All the existing hash tags will continue to be supported.
