Support to refresh Booking lines automatically when modified in R2

You no longer need to close and re-open the whiteboard window to view the changes (added/deleted/edited) of labor lines done in R2 .

Now, the data refreshes automatically in WB irrespective of Antenna connection (connected/disconnected) and the session is being planned or unplanned.

Following are the behavior of WB when the lines are modified in R2:

When the Antenna is connected and the booking line is unplanned

  • New lines added: The newly added lines from R2 reflects automatically in WB window.

  • Lines deleted: The booking line is deleted in WB window.

  • Lines modified: The changes are reflected automatically in WB.

When the Antenna is connected and the booking line is being planned

  • New lines added: The newly added lines from R2 reflects automatically in WB window.

  • Lines deleted: The booking line is struck out and a notification is displayed to list the changes done for booking lines in R2.

  • Lines modified: A notification is displayed to indicate the changes done for booking lines in R2.

The above behavior remains same even during the antenna disconnection. However, the changes are reflected only when the session is restored.

Sample Workflow#1: Adding New lines in R2

Figure 2.2: Modify the line details
  1. Go to WB, the window refreshes automatically.

    • Since the Audio Engineer was being planned in WB, system pushes the notification listing the changes done to the labor lines in R2.

    • The unplanned lines also refreshes and will not get any notification.

Similarly, when the labor line is deleted in R2 while the line is in planning in WB, then system strikes out the booking line and pushes the notification as shown below.
