Provide ratings and feedback for the Resource

Entering Ratings and Feedback in Planning Order

You can Rate a Labor Resource performance and provide a Feedback for the assigned Job in the Planning Order window by selecting the Ratings button > Booking line Rating window, as shown in Figure 1.0.

Prerequisites

  • Rating Scale to be defined under Settings > Web Labor Settings > Rating Scale.

  • Rating Questionnaire with its options to be defined under Settings > Web Labor Settings > Ratings.

Sample Workflow

  1. Select the Planning Order > click the Ratings button > the Booking line Rating window is displayed, as shown in Figure 2.0.

  2. Click  button displayed against the Rating field. The Ratings pop-up is displayed.

  3. Select the drop-down displayed against a question and select an option from the drop-down, as shown in Figure 2.0.

  1. Select Yes from the drop-down and click the Apply button. The changes will be Saved Successfully.

  2. Based on the options selected and the configured Rating Scale, the rating description with  is displayed against the Rating field in read-only mode, as shown in Figure 2.1.

You can select multiple positions for the same resource and provide a Rating.

  1. Click displayed against the Feedback column. The Feedback pop-up is displayed. Enter a feedback on the tagged Resource, as shown in Figure 2.2.

  1. Select the Apply button. The feedback will be Saved Successfully. Hover the cursor on the Feedback icon to preview the feedback as a tool tip, as shown in Figure 2.3.
