The System displays a prompt message when two different users are using same Order for Planning and one of them performs Export Timesheet action. The message is displayed as shown in Figure 1.0.
The functionality is explained below:
Sample workflow
Login to R2Labor application as User [Patrick] and [Brill Tanner].
Open the same Order for Planning on both User ends.
Add New Task for the Labor lines as User [Patrick].
Perform Export Timesheet action as User [Brill Tanner]. A prompt message is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.0.
If the option chosen by User [Brill Tanner] is,
Yes, the Timesheet without changes made by User [Patrick] is exported.
No, the Timesheet export is cancelled.
