Enter The Work-log In Time Sheet By In-Out Time or RT/OT/DT Hours

Support is provided in Timesheet, to add In-Out Time and RT/OT/DT Hours using Enter Time By drop-down. The feature enables to log manual work, through In-Out Time and/or RT/OT/DT Hours, to display Total Hours in single view of the Timesheet.

The default option for Enter Time By drop-down is set in Web Labor Settings > Miscellaneous > Enter Time By drop-down, as shown in Figure 1.0.

The Total Hours is sum of RT/OT/DT and Break Hours, calculated based on EWT.

The Sample Workflow below, explains the functionality:

Sample workflow

Scenario 1: Create Timesheet with In-Out Time and RT/OT/DT Hours work log type.

  1. Create a Timesheet [Timesheet #1] for the Order with Enter Time By as In-Out Time and RT/OT/DT Hours > send the Timesheet for approval > click Save > get the Timesheet approved. The Timesheet for the Order with default Enter Time By option is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.1.

  1. Open Timesheet Search screen > select Timesheet > click the Export Timesheet button. The Timesheet exported in Excel format is displayed as shown in Figure 1.3.

  • The Hours field and Expense field is modified as shown below.
