Bookings

The Bookings Bar in the dashboard shows the number of un-responded bookings for Current Week, Current Month, and Future timeline.

The app displays following three type of information on the bookings page. All the unread items on each page are displayed in Bold.

  • Current: These are the concurrent bookings, to which the Crew is assigned.

  • Since all the dates for the bookings are either in past or maximum until today, all the days are open for timesheet to be filled. See Example

  • This Month: These are the bookings, for which the 'Start and End dates' fall within the current month.

  • Since a few dates of the assigned project might be in future (beyond the current date), the timesheet is only partially available to fill. See Example

  • Beyond: These are the bookings, for which the 'Start dates' falls after the current month.

  • Since all the dates of the assigned project for the crew falls in future (after the current date), entire timesheet is read-only (cannot be filled). See Example

From the Current booking list, tap on the booking for which you want to see the timesheet details.

This will take you to the timesheet page, where you will be able to Fill your Clock-in/Clock-out time for the assigned dates for the task.

Booking Line Details

The Bookings Details window shows the tasks assigned to the Crew on a specific day of the project they are working on. If the day is in past (maximum to current day) it shows a clock symbol and the Crew can fill timesheet for it.

The header part of the screen show:

  • Order number

  • Order title

  • Crew Position title

  • Key task assigned
