Fill and Ship Item

Pre-requisites:

1. Select the Account module.

2. Create an Order [ORD#109].

3. Add an Item [MOTO G 5] with Asset ID [MOTOG#3] as shown in Figure 3.0.

4. Save and exit the Order.

Workflow

1. Login to Asset Manager app.

2. Tap the Check Out button > select the Fill And Ship tab.

3. Enter the Order Number > enter asset ID/ scan the asset > and click the Submit button.

You can also select multiple assets to fill and ship. Know more?

4. Click the  to view generated Batch log details

5. Exit the Asset Manager App.

6. Open the Order [ORDER#109] > the Status of Item [MOTO G 5] gets changed to Out.
