The Needs Services app enables all Warehouse Managers to send items and assets for regular maintenance activity whenever they need it or as and when they are returned from an event.
The items might be sent for specific services for which special instructions might be needed or they might have to be sent to a specific site location. The app provides the option to the warehouse managers to define these settings for each item being marked for service.
Login
The login credentials will be provided by R2. Once you have the credentials, follow the simple steps to login.
After downloading the app, open it, and login window displays.

Input the Host Name, Username, and Password provided by R2 in the respective fields.

Tap Login button and you will be directed to the startup page as shown in Figure 1.1 below.
After successful login, you will see the startup page as shown below.
From here, you can begin to process an item for service.
