Labor EWT to print group by LaborID

Details

Support for the Labor EWT to print Group by Labor ID.

The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Sample Workflow

Prerequisites:

  1. Select the Configuration module.

  2. Set the Form Setup using the attach file for Labor Print UI file.

  3. In the General tab > select the Split Labor line by quantity check box.

Scenario:

  1. Select the Accounts module.

  2. Create an Order [ORD-1122].

  3. Add the Labor [AUDIOASSIST]  with 3 Qty each , as shown in Figure 1.1

  1. Select the first 2 lines and click the Assign Dates button > the Estimated Work Time window appears > enter the Dates, as shown in Figure 1.2.

  1. Select the 3rd Labor line and click the Assign Dates button > the Estimated Work Time window appears > enter the Dates, as shown in Figure 1.3.

  1. Click the Re-number Labor as shown in Figure 1.4.

  1. The Same date Labor will appear as 01 and 02 in the Description field, as shown in Figure 1.5 with the first two Labor lines will have same Start Date.

  1. Save the Order > Click the Print button > Select the Form , as shown in Figure 1.6.

  1. Click the Print button > the first two lines gets merged and display as one line, as shown in Figure 1.7.

  • In the UI file for the Type Grid "7" and 39th Field with GROUPBY should be equal to 0 or 1.

  • If GROUPBY is 1 then same Labor ID with same Start Date will print as 1 line after re-numbering also , as shown in Figure 1.7.

  • If GROUPBY is 0 or blank then in print labor line will appear in separate lines.
