Implementation of Predictive Search
Where is it supported?
The feature is supported for the following fields, tabs, and screens.

Accounts | Customer | Company | Company Name | Contact Name | Contact Name can be searched in the Customer field and vice versa. You can also search by Contact ID or Company ID in Contact, Company field respectively and hence Company ID field on Accounts > Customer tab is disabled. |

Event | Job Name | Event Description | Event ID | Since you can search by both Event ID and Description in the Job Name field, the Event ID field on Accounts > Event tab is disabled. Closed events will not appear in suggestions. To find a closed event, type its exact Event ID in the Job Name search bar. An Import icon has been added to open the Event search screen. | |
Project | Description | Project Description | Project ID | Since you can search by both Project ID and Description in the Description field, the Project ID field on Accounts > Project tab is disabled. Projects with 'Completed' status will not appear in suggestions. To find a completed project, type its exact Project ID in the Description search bar.
