Information

The information Tab within a Quote or a Reservation, enables you to view the Order number, the Order description, Date Created, Quote Version number, Sales Person and Project Manager.

Comments can also be added to the Order on this Tab.

Customer

When the Customer tab is selected key information pertaining to the customer is visible on the screen, including: Company name, main con- tact, customer address and all previous orders received from this client are their stage of completion. Additional contact information can also be viewed here including contact's mobile number, email, etc.

Contacts

Selecting the Contacts tab enables you to view all contacts associated with this customer and their pertinent information, including name, address and phone numbers.
