Before shipping/returning items you might want to print a list of items that are being shipped/returned.
To Print a packing list
-
Navigate to View > Ship > Ship Order > Select any Order

Click on the Print Packing List icon when you are dispatching the order. The Return/Packing List dialog will appear.

Select an option from the Sort By drop down and the order in which to display in the Order By drop down.

Select a printer and determine printer settings.

Click Run to print
