Support to Display Project Manager, Shipping Site, and Returning Site Columns in REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW Report

Details

Support is provided to display the Project Manager, Shipping Site and Returning Site columns in REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW Report.

The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Prerequisites

Perform the following the steps:

Select the Site [MELBOURNE].
Select the Configuration module > Configure Reports button. The Report Assistant Configuration window is displayed.
Configure the Report Definition [REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW].
Exit the Report Assistant Configuration window.
In the Configuration window, select the Warehouse tab.
Select the Equipment Pooling check box.
Exit the Configuration module.
Select the Maintenance module > Employee tab > Site tab.
Edit the Site [MELBOURNE] and enable E-Pool from the Sub-Region [AUS-RENTAL].
Select the Maintenance module > Items tab.
Create the Items [JBL BASSPRO], [JBL JRX], [JBL LIVE], and [JBL REFLECT] and receive some Qty.
Exit the Maintenance module.
Relaunch the R2 application.

Sample Workflow

Select the Site [MELBOURNE].
Select the Account module > tag the company [JBL].
Create a Rental Reservation Order [ORD-91] for 2 days duration.
Select the Project Mgr. importable button and tag the Project Mgr. [REED WILLIAMS], as shown in Figure 1.0.
Search and add the Items [JBL BASSPRO], [JBL JRX], [JBL LIVE], and [JBL REFLECT] with 1 Qty and Unit Price as [100.00].
The Shipping Site and the Returning Site is displayed as [MELBOURNE].
Modify the Returning Site for the Items [JBL BASSPRO], [JBL JRX], and [JBL LIVE], as shown in Figure 1.0.

Save and Exit the Order [ORD-91].
Select the Reports module. The Reports Generator window is displayed.
Select the File menu > Custom Reports option. The Report Assistant - Reports Menu window is displayed.
Select the Category [ORDER] with the Report [REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW].
The REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW Filter with the chosen filter ORDER NUMBER is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.1.
Choose the filters for the Order Number [ORD-91], as shown in Figure 1.1.

Click OK, as shown in Figure 1.1.
The Report [REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW] is printed with the Shipping Site and Returning Site for each of the Product ID, as shown in Figure 1.2.

Exit the Report [REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW] window and the Report Assistant - Reports Menu window.
Exit the Reports Generator window.

When the Equipment Pooling check box in the Configuration module > Warehouse tab is disabled, the REP_ORDERITEMDETAILVIEW Report displays the Order Site as the Shipping Site and the Returning Site.
