Parts, Packages, Groups

Service Groups are composed of a Service Package or multiple Service Packages, which incorporate Parts and Labor. Parts, Service Packages, and Service Groups needed for repair/service are determined by the Asset or Item which requires the actual repair or service. Defining the Parts, Packages, and Service Group needed will aid the service department in determining what type of service, parts, and labor are needed to complete a scheduled maintenance or repair.
