While creating an Order if any sales person or project manager want to share Instruction, Comments, Suggestions, or Requests to their team members, they can add notes in the 'Notes' field.
The same instructions are visible in the Warehouse Prep task, then who is filling the order can view the given notes and follow the instructions.

A similar ‘Notes’ column is also available in both: R2 > Accounts > Order and R2Labor > Labor Grid, and they work in a similar feature.
