The tool tip displays for all types of data like Order booking, calendar events, driver booking. It displays the basic and required information in the Order and Resource section in Graphical Scheduling (GS) window.
Following are the data that displays in tool tip both in Order and Resource sections:

The whiteboard, Order bars in order (upper) section and resource (lower) section tool tip represent the same fields.
Since the following fields displays in the Graphical scheduling window in the tool tip, the same fields display in tool tip in whiteboard window. This maintains the consistency between Graphical scheduling and whiteboard windows (Previously the following fields were not displayed in whiteboard).

The fields that displays in the tool tip can be made visible/invisible in the configuration. Path: R2 Labor> Web Labor setting> Configuration.
Pre-requisites

Create an order in R2 application.

Add labor positions, assign EWT and resources to the positions.
Sample Workflow#1: Order section tool tip information

In R2 Labor > Planning Order > select Order > open in GS window.

In the Order section, double click the time bar.

Tool tip displays the information.

Click Close or click outside the tool tip to close tool tip.
Sample Workflow#2: Resource section tool tip information

In R2 Labor > Planning Order > select Order > open in GS window (See Figure 1.0 )

In the Resource section, double click the time bar.

Tool tip displays the information.

Click Close or click outside the tool tip to close tool tip.
The Graphical Scheduling displays calendar event time bars in resource section time bars. The tool tip information displays the same as the tool tip of the calendar events.
Sample Workflow#3: Resource calendar time bar displays in resource section

Add any calendar event in the resource calendar (Free form event type is also supported).

The same resource time bar and tool tip displays in the Resource section for the respective resource.
