Tag All Items or Clear All Tagged Items

The support to Tag All the Items and Clear All Tagged Items in Physical Inventory > Search Items window has been provided. The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Sample Workflow

  1. Select the Physical Inventory module > New icon. The Physical Inventory window is displayed.

  2. Enter the Physical Inv ID [JACK PLANNER].

  3. Select the Handled By [MANTRA], Site [SANFRANCISCO] and the Item radio button, as shown in Figure 1.0.

  1. Click OK.

  2. The Search Items window is displayed.

  3. Search for all the Items and click the Tag All button or press shortcut key [Alt+A] using the Keyboard. All the Items in the Search Items window gets tagged, as shown in Figure 1.1.

  1. In the Search Items window, click the Clear All Tagged button. All the Items the Search Items window gets cleared, as shown in Figure 1.2.

  1. The support to Tag All the Items and Clear All Tagged Items is also supported in Physical Inventory > Items window, as shown in the Figure 1.3

If the Tag All  button is clicked, all the items are selected. If the Tag All  button is clicked the second time, still all the Items are displayed as selected.
